Perfect Vacation Getaway!

Enjoy Cape life in this sunny, spacious all seasons home 3-5 minutes from picturesque beaches and charming Osterville village. Quiet and private location. Lots of room to stretch out, comfortably sleeps 8, large living and dining space, gorgeous deck with a grill, perfect for a cookout, and a ping pong table in the finished basement. Nearby swimming pond and nature preserve. A short drive into Hyannis for shopping, wining, dining and nightlife.
There is an outdoor shower.
Note: There are two security cameras located outside of the house. The first camera is located next to the front door, the second camera is located over the garage door.

Host communication was excellent; we had a couple of questions while there and they were answered promptly. Full service groceries available within 10-15 minute drive (either Hyannis or Marstons Mills.) Osterville has a cute downtown with a variety of shops and restaurants. House is in a quiet neighborhood, good for walks and a perfect location as a base for runs along the bay just a mile away. The kitchen was well outfitted, yet still had cabinet and drawer space available for our food. The master bed was very comfortable. There were only two of us this trip, so we didn't have feedback on the other beds.

Nice house

We largely enjoyed our stay here, for 2 weeks at Christmas with family. Very comfortable place, with mostly well appointed kitchen, not far from retail and a couple nice beaches.

Well appointed kitchen. LOVED having coffee and coffee filters already there. Beds were comfortable with lots of comforters. Large basement with ping pong table; great for families on a rainy day. Very nice, quiet neighborhood with wild turkeys wondering. Close to Osterville, Centerville and Marstons Mills. This was a great property for our family.

Great location, comfortable, easy house

There were 8 family members the first weekend, and 6 remained for the week. Furnishings are no frills but adequate. Roku TV is a plus. Quiet neighborhood. Availability of beach/pond pass would be a big benefit in summer season. Local beaches/ponds were open and unattended during our last week in June stay. Only constructive suggestion: for a house that can accommodate 8, a full size coffee maker would really help.

Sweet home in the Enchanting Forest within minutes of the spectacular Beach.

My husband and I stayed for a month and it was the most beautiful property. This wonderful home is right next to Forest trails and ponds that I enjoyed every day. We love the Cape and the ocean and the beach is also very close. On warm days, we spent lounging and walking on the beach and the ocean water was refreshing. I really enjoyed the kindness of the neighbors and the beautiful trees and blossoming flowers. The dining room table was perfect for card playing every evening. We were just so grateful to stay here. The Roku TV came in handy in the evenings and the couches were very comfortable. I especially loved the master bedroom and the brand new kitchen was quite lovely and had everything we needed. The owner was very kind and communicative and when I had any questions she always responded in a timely fashion. We loved it so much that we’re coming back for a month next year. Very grateful for our incredible stay.

Hi Seth, What you did not like in my house. I did everything you asked removed trees, allowed to put your trail on my parking lot etc, removed oil pots you left on my dryway. You are not welcome to come anymore in my house.
