This fully renovated 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom with Heat and AC home has been newly updated and furnished with new beds and furniture and all appliances. The open concept layout of the home offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy your vacation at the beach. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a stylish backsplash, and beautiful cherry shaker cabinets. It is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, spices and a coffee maker. There is a bistro table that seats 4 and a spacious dining table that seats 8.The sun-porch is bright and inviting and includes a bar made from shipwreck wood from Hampton beach the bar seats 6 and a roomy couch that can be converted into a comfortable bed for 1. the porch also has games, TV and surround sound. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with queen sized beds, and one bedroom with two twin sized beds. Downstairs, there is one bedroom with a queen sized bed. Including the futon we can comfortably sleep 12 guests.We provide all linens however we do not provide beach towels. There is a full-size washer and dryer conveniently available in the home for laundry. There is a 65'' flatscreen TV in the living room, an incredible sounding stereo, and 2 comfortable sectional couch. The large deck in the backyard is a great place to spend your vacation days outdoors with family and friends. The home is located on a quiet street with views to the marsh, where one may see breathtaking sunset views. The home is within a short walking distance to all of the activities that Hampton Beach has to offer; you can walk to the sandy beach, boardwalk, restaurants, casinos, theaters, and shops in just minutes. Parking is available at the home for up to 4 cars. Please don't hesitate to ask for any special requests or long term rental deals. Great Place

We loved our stay! It is difficult to find a great place that has enough space for my big family but this was perfect. The game room was extra family space and allowed people to watch tv while other people could play games. Remember to bring your beach towels.

Fantastic Property

We had an amazing stay in this big, beautiful house. We rented it for 2 nights, the night before and night of our all day fishing trip. We had a big group and there was plenty of room for everyone. It was a great place to relax, with a short walk to the boardwalk for those that wanted to explore.

We enjoyed the stay. The location was quiet and a convenient walk to the beach. The opened concept on the first floor allowed for easier conversations. We appreciated having space for our teenagers to have their own area to hang out.

Great beach house

It was my families first time to Hampton beach and both the town and house were great. The house was a quick walk to the beach and all the restaurants and shops. It was also on a quiet dead end street which was nice. The house itself had everything you need for a family getaway and is completely remodeled. I would highly recommended this place to anyone looking to spend time in Hampton beach

The best...

When we rented this home a few years ago, we haven't been anywhere else since. This is THE best home for my family of nine. Plenty of space, fully stocked, clean, quiet location, close to the beach and I can’t say enough about Micah, the owner. This is our all time favorite.

Perfect getaway

This house was PERFECT for an extended family get-together. We were there on a lovely fall weekend -- the beachside location as fantastic, but also close to picture perfect New England towns for leaf viewing as well. Host was incredibly responsive, all information was detailed and accurage, and answered questions immediately. The space perfectly fit our needs -- a main bedroom on the first floor was ideal for my elderly mother, and the bedrooms upstairs were spaceous for the other adults and kids. The house is STOCKED with fun games to keep our teens/pre-teens occupied and having fun.

Great Trip

We stayed in this house 2 years ago, but didn’t book quickly enough to get in for 2022. There were some updates and improvements since our last stay. It’s a little longer walk to the beach and the bandstand than we prefer, but it’s worth it to get a clean and comfortable house. The kids love plying cornhole in the backyard and board games at the bar on the front porch.

Best house we have rented in HB!

This property checked off ALL of the boxes for my family. We had a total of eight adults, two small children (ages 4 and 5) and a couple visitors that came and gone. *Size and space is plenty *modern and clean *fully stocked with towels, kitchen utensils, and more! *having linens, pillows and towels is excellent *having a working washer & dryer is excellent *location is perfect...quiet dead end street, plenty close to beach and action *it's a fun beautifully decorated warm and inviting home! *we have rented last Fall, this Labor Day and already booked it for next Labor Day!!!

Annual family beach vacation

Our family has been coming to HB for many years for a weekly stay and 4 years ago found this gem. When entering you realize the extra effort by owner to make it a place for his guests to feel comfortable with the thoughtful nautical and vintage decor, and to assure you have a fun time hanging out in the game room with video table, portable ping pong table, tv, bar and plenty of kid and adult games available to use. Last 3 years we've come here the place has been improved on each time in some way. Micah is open to feedback and has acted on suggestions. He responds in short time for any questions before and during stay. It is a short walk to beach, restaurants and miniature golf. We parked 4 cars, no problem. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Unique and amazing

We were all totally impressed with this beach house… we loved everything about it… it’s built for fun and comfort… had every thing we wanted in a vacation home…we would definitely go back again…the decor is so unique and different… never saw anything like it…loved it…we have been going to Hampton Beach for over 40 years and have stayed in many places and for the last 20 years in the same place… this by far is our very favorite.if I had to make a suggestion I would want a couple of shelves in the bathrooms and a few hooks on the wall to hang clothes on…and maybe room darkening shades… but in the scheme of things these are very minor things and they did not in any way have a negative effect on the amazing time we had in this outstanding place. Thank you so much to our gracious host who was so easy to communicate with and to work with.. and thank you for your creativity..Bev

The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We were a group of 3 couples plus one additional adult (mixed ages 23 to 86) and everyone enjoyed their stay. The beds were comfy, water pressure was great and there were more than enough towels, linens, blankets, pillows, etc for everyone. There is a/c in every room and it works very well. The location is terrific- you can walk to the beach and anywhere you want to go in town. The only things that were a surprise were the tiny sinks in the bathrooms and the steep stairs to the second floor. Neither turned out to be a problem but we did have grandma sleep in the first floor bedroom to avoid the stairs.

Why they chose this property

We have been visiting Hampton for many years and enjoy the diverse activities that the area has to offer. We purchased this home with the intention of bringing our friends and families together to enjoy with us.

What makes this property unique

Renovating this home allowed us to create a highly functional, open concept layout that comfortably supports large groups without feeling crowded. Enjoy the marsh views while barbecuing from the large back deck. When the weather isn't cooperating, the retro bar on the front porch is a great place to hang out. The town is rich with history and has a great music seen be sure to check out the Casino Ballroom.
