The location was great for our cycling and tourist vacation in Girona. We loved having a base to come back to each day or hang out in during siesta. The kitchen was letter due cooking means and keeping food and snacks. I would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect experience

The property was perfectly located, lovely, well stocked, checking and checkout were contact free and flawless. We fumbled the last payment until the day after our stay, but the owner was very good about it. Highly recommend

Great location, bad experience

Lock wasn't set up for entry, waited an hour for owner to respond & activate. Towels were folded and put away wet, actually sitting wet on the shelf when we arrived. Pillow cases were also put on pillows wet, so they smelled of mildew (as did the bedding throughout). No support or compensation from owner, just blamed housekeeper and shrugged off delayed entry. Great location, but kind of gross and frustrating.

Dear Jeff, I'm so sorry about the issue about the linen which is due as said to the fact that our cleaning lady left us without notice the day prior your arrival and she sent us a parent without experience to clean the house. Of course we have not continued the collaboration with this person and we have already had another for two weeks who knows what she is doing and how to do it. Regarding the check-in you didn't use the phone number you shared in the booking process. That number wasn't authorized in the smart lock related application. If you would had called me sooner instead of sending messages through VRBO I would opened immediately the doors as I did when you called me. Regarding the compensation I asked you whether €35 was for you an acceptable one, but you didn't answer. I'm desolate that you didn't enjoy your night in Girona. Let's keep on talking about the compensation.

Charming and stylish apartment

Girona was a one of a kind experience, and it wouldn't have been so wonderful if it weren't for Roberto and Elisenda opening up their home to us, even while they were out of town. The town is cozy yet lively and the apartment itself is charming and stylish.
