Nestled on the front side in the Sunset neighborhood of Eagles Nest, Calling Me Home offers a luxurious mountain escape with seasonal views. This stunning home features an inviting open-concept design, seamlessly blending the kitchen, dining area, and living room to create a warm and welcoming space for gathering with family and friends.

The kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with a beautiful granite island, modern appliances, and stylish cabinetry. The island serves as both a prep space and a social hub, perfect for casual meals or entertaining with three leather seats at the bar. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining table seats six, providing an intimate setting for memorable meals.
The living room is a cozy retreat, centered around a gas fireplace, with a comfortable sofa and chairs arranged around a large flatscreen TV for entertainment. Deck access on two sides enhances the indoor-outdoor experience, allowing you to step outside and take in the fresh mountain air. Whether you're warming up by the fire, preparing a meal, or stepping outside to enjoy nature, this space is designed for both comfort and functionality.

The main level king ensuite is a private oasis, featuring a spa-like bathroom with a modern tiled shower, soaking tub, and double marble vanity, offering both elegance and convenience.

The lower level features three additional beautifully designed bedrooms:
A queen suite with a private tiled shower bathroom for added privacy.
A bedroom with two queen beds, offering a comfortable retreat and TV with hallway access to a full bathroom featuring a tiled tub/shower combination and granite counters.
A bunk nook with two twin over twin bunks, located next to a cozy den with a TV and an oversized cloud leather couch, perfect for families or groups. Sliding barn doors give privacy while sleeping.

The deck offers a gas-burning fireplace and TV under a covered area, perfect for unwinding in the crisp mountain air. Ample seating ensures that everyone has a place to relax. For those who love to grill, the gas grill is ready for the ultimate outdoor cooking experience. Soak in the hot tub under the stars, or head to the lower yard and enjoy the firepit!

Please note all visitors on premise at the winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.

Additional Notes and Rules:
• This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.
• Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased with a week's notice or at the time of booking. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax.
• All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
• Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
• Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV. Secure an ATV rental while staying in The Lodges at Eagles Nest! Ask for additional details.
• All rentals at The Lodges at Eagles Nest are subject to an amenity fee. Some amenities at The Lodges at Eagles Nest are seasonal and/or subject to certain hours of operation.
• Guests must supply their own sports equipment for use on the ball fields and sports courts.
• The Lodges at Eagles Nest offers a summer series of concerts open to all guests, with an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
• Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods including the Vineyard Reserve. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
• Check in is after 4pm
• Checkout by 10am
• Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
• No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
• Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
• No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable.
• 4WD/AWD and/or chains required in times of snow or ice. In times of heavy snow, it may require both! It is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
