We have been looking for a place like this to stay on our trips to Kirksville for years now and this place is the best. The setting over the pond and views you get in the mornings and evenings are second to none. The hosts are very welcoming and took our son to help with chores and took the time to answer all his questions he had about the animals. Jason and Joyce treated us like friends we had a great time meeting with them. The place is clean and cozy. I would recommend that anyone heading to the area to look this place up and stay.

Our stay at The Tiny Nest was everything we expected and more. The hosts were so nice and generous, they thought of everything! The tiny home is clean, comfortable and very homey. Highly recommend 10/10 It was so fun to interact with the animals, and sitting out drinking coffee in the mornings ... so relaxing!

This was my first experience renting a property in this manner and I’ll be surprised if any experience following this one will hold up as well as this one. From check in, to check out, everything was incredible. The inside of the house was incredibly clean, there were snacks and toiletries provided (which I was not expecting), and the owner even came down to let me know that I was welcome to use their home for the incoming storm in the event there should be a tornado.I can confidently say, I would love to rent this property again.Truly a lovely place and so nice and quiet!

This was one of the best rental experiences I've had. Everything was so easy as far as communicating with hosts and checking in. The property is very clean and just as described. I was shocked by how thoughtful and hospitable the hosts were from the welcome message and fresh baked cookies they left us down the makeup wipes and individually wrapped toothbrushes in the bathroom. This stay was amazing and we'll likely be back very soon!
