First of all we were placed on a different (smaller) apartment that we paid for, I spoke to the property manager and she state that she was having electrical issues with the apartment but we went up and realized that the apartment was rented to another customers, so I did actually spend 2 days on the apartment I rented for 8 days, the other 6 on the smaller apartment. Second of all, it was an issue with the water on the apartment because some kind of construction or maintenance in the town.. I was left with 2 buckets of water which I called the manager and I asked her what I would do with 2 bucket of water, which she reply in other words for me to handle it, because she can do nothing about. she said all this over the phone then I realize she don't want to that on email so I can not probe it. She was a very rude person and she got mad when I ask her if we going to gat any kind of reimburse for all of the inconvenience.. She was loud and unprofessional.. This was my first experience with Vrbo and probably be the last one.. I rather to expend more money but get the service that I paid for and be treated as a customer because I never asked for anything more that what I was offer when I book the apartment.
