Two New 2 bedroom Tiny Homes on Lake Travis. Price is for the entire property, including both tiny homes. Two queen size beds plus sectional sofa in each home. Homes includes a Washer/dryer, dishwasher, cooktop, convection microwave. Private Boat Dock w/ dual trapeze. 1.3 acre property located within one mile of Crosswater Marina in Lakeway. Outside deck with grill, fire pit, water mat and two kayaks. There is an electrical hookup for an RV if you want to bring one for an extra fee.
This listing of 500/night is for rental of both Tiny Homes. We do ask that the week of Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day weekends be rented at $600/night for both homes.

Hi All! This is Stephanie and Patrick Walsh. We bought this property in 2008 and lived here until March of 2015 when our home burned down to the ground. We have four boys and since our last one will graduate high school this year we decided to do something different in lieu of rebuilding our home. Hence our new Tiny Homes! We hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
Two brand new tiny homes with big deck and outdoor patio. Fun boat dock with trapeze, water mat and kayaks. (Can kayak right across the lake to Sundancer Grill.) Big lawn with firepit. Wakeboard boat is available to rent if you'd like to get out on the lake to surf, wakeboard or just cruise around and go eat at Gnarly Gar.
