Netflix. 75in qled TV. Surround sound. Option to add a 6 person bayliner outboard boat with tube thru boatsetter. (Boat will be dropped at public ramp 3 mins away, can use golf cart). Private dock access is only available if host can accompany. 8 miles from Bonnaroo! 1hr from Nashville & Chattanooga.

Great layout for family bedrooms and gathering space. Could have more cooking utensils (spatula, meat fork, tongs) baking sheets, pitcher and serving platters. Also, 12 cup coffee maker instead of individual coffee pods. Otherwise, plenty of room and great location for us.
