Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please ensure all trash is bagged before putting in outdoor bin, to which that includes any boxes.
Please ensure hot tub is set to 85, AC is set to 74, lights are off, and all doors are locked.
All lines can be stripped and left on bed and all towels thrown in the bathroom tub/shower
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
