Perfect base camp for Lublin's exploration.You will enjoy silence and cozy space in my apartment. Inside you will get all you need. Air conditioning is provided for summer time. During winter time or cold evenings enjoy our chimney with hot air distribution to you sleeping rooms. Kitchen is fully equipped including Italian espresso machine and grinder. Bathroom is spacious and has very nice view to our trees. You will find there washing machine and shower. Amazing and big living room has separated dining area suitable for 6 people. 60in LED TV and free WIFI is ready for your needs. Private parking with automatic gate is capable to serve for your camper or caravan. In front of apartment you will find large green grass field. Feel free to play there with your kids or make barbecue with your friends.

Guest access
You will get an access to all facilities. Hot water, electricity, air conditioning, chimney and wood, wifi, all kitchen appliances including Italian coffee espresso machine and grinder. All you will find in kitchen is for your use. Free of charge huge parking for your car or camper or caravan with cctv monitoring.

Guest interaction
The apartment is fully autonomous. You will get your keys and remote for parking gate. We do not live in this apartment. During your stay feel free to contact me in case of problems. Neighborhood overview
The location of the apartment is perfect for families and people who want to find all village related features. Green, silence, small village bar, local shop and polish food restaurants located just around. Location is perfect for bike trips. You will explore polish fields of rye, wheat, tabaco. Kids will have an opportunity to see real cows and horses as well as other village animals. Bike paths are marked and lead through many interesting places. Just 14 km away you will find famous Naleczow health resort. The famous mineral water Naleczowianka is produced there. Heading west on DW830 road for about 35 minutes will approach famous Kazimierz nad Wisla renesans town. Beautiful old town with its perfect state market and buildings is destination for many tourists. Variety of coffe shops and restaurants serve good polish food and drinks. You must walk Krakowska street and enjoy perfect view of the biggest polish river Wisla and old forest with its huge trees and a cliff.


Getting around
Just 50m away fro apartment you will find public bus stop. Line 33 takes you directly to the center of Lublin. The bus needs 20 minutes to reach Lublin. Ask me for schedule of Line 33. There are also commercial small buses which you can use to reach and go back from Lublin. They use the same bus stop. Price is maximum 1 euro for one way travel. Taxi from Lublin will cost you about 20 euro for car of max. 4 people.

Other things to note
Dear Guest, please DO NOT smoke in the apartment. Limit potential issues. This no smoking area. You can smoke outside. We have special place for smokers. The apartment has smoke detectors connected to alarm system. In case of smoke detection alarm sends alert to Fire Department. You will pay for false alarms caused by smoking inside apartment. False alarm fee is more than 1250 euro. Please note. Shower Hot water is prepared by electric heater connected to hot water tank. If you are in 3-4 people set heating to MAX in order to get enough hot water reserves. Use shower efficiently . Spare water. Internet and flat TV 60in led tv is connected to the internet. Use it to browse websites or watch YouTube. Use you wifi smartphone connection to control content. Ask me how to make it work. Italian espresso There is nothing better than having super morning coffee. We provide high quality coffee machine baby Gaggia. This is Manually operated machine. Ask me how to prepare amazing taste coffee. Fridge and food Our fridge has some food. We provide basic food for you in case you arrive late and shops are close. Don't expect 5 star hotel food but for sure you will not go sleep being hungry. There is no problem for us to do shopping for you in case you arrive late. Contact me for shopping list.
