Maple Farm Lodge is a true retreat in the Northeast Kingdom. Situated on 400 acres with stunning 50 mile views from Burke Mountain to Cannon Mountain, this property is perfect for families or outdoor enthusiasts looking to experience Vermont with 2500 tapped maple trees, miles of hiking and cross-country trails as well as an outdoor pickleball court.

This property consists of a main farmhouse with sprawling rooms, styled in an Adirondack lodge decor with pine walls throughout. The five bedrooms and four full baths are located on the first and second floors. This house is perfect for several families with a grand living room and delf tiled fire-place and comfortable sectional, a large dining room with a 12 foot long Turkish oak dining table and fireplace, an eat-in kitchen with a wood burning stove, an oversized mudroom, laundry room and ping-pong room.

The white barn is a separate guest house which is brand new and includes a fitness room with a treadmill, elliptical machine and weights as well as a steam room, infrared sauna and a Soake pool outside that has incredible views of Burke Mountain. There is a full kitchen with new Thermadore appliances. The open family room and dining area have beautiful views of Burke as well as a gas fireplace. Upstairs there is one bedroom with a queen size bed and bathroom as well as unique, built in twin beds crafted from antique beams. There is a washer and dryer as well as WiFi in the barn.

This property is perfect for a family retreat or those interested in outdoor adventure. Mountain bike at Burke Mountain (just a short drive away) hike and swim at lake Willoughby or stay on the property and enjoy fishing for trout in the pond, playing pickle ball, hiking and relaxing. It's a true get-away. A FaceTime call is required before confirming booking to ensure this is the right property for your guest experience. Nestled in the Northeast Kingdom and surrounded by dairy farms, this sprawling farmhouse offers guests a tranquil escape.
