The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn thermostat completely off at check out.
Please leave all used towels on bathroom floor.
Please remove food items from fridge and discard in the trash bin.
Place trash bag in garbage chute down the hall (located next to the elevator doors.)
Load all dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
Upon checkout, return keys to the lockbox using the code that was provided to you. Failure to return keys will result in a $100 replacement fee.
