Great place, the pictures dont give it justice. The subway is so conveniently located and there is a nice grocery store nearby, we went to a Thai restaurant and an Italian restaurant in the neighborhoods and they were both great

The location was great - just minutes from the Subway. The place itself was amazing, and the little extras provided by the owner were a nice touch. Wish the weather was warmer so we could have used the patio. Very pleasantly surprised by this place.

A great apartment for investigating the Lower Manhattan area. It was lovely and clean. It had everything that we needed for our stay. The furniture, decor and appliances were lovely. The bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen whilst small had everything we needed. The supplied tea/coffee machine was great. Ideal for buses and the subway to get around New York. We would definitely recommend. Thank you! X

The host was very responsive to questions and the amenties were great! Everything was clean and up to date. The bedroom was "drafty" and a little cd, but there was access to plenty of extra blankets so no problems there! Easy walk to multiple MTA locations. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our needs! Clean, comfortable and well stocked. We were surprised by little touches like sealed packets with toothbrush/toothpaste and a brush/comb combo. First, check-in and out was easy. Second, the location was great, and was in a area that was safe and uncomplicated when commuting to local stores and small restaurants near by. The inside was very clean and offered considerable amenities. Lastly, the bed was comfortable, and indoor heater made it cozy. Eventhough it was a little too chilly for us Foridians to utilize the patio, it was a nice add-on. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely book this location again whenever I plan on visiting NY.

The space was impeccably clean, comfortable, and a perfect home base for our visit. The subway is really close by, and the back patio is perfect for decompressing after a busy day. What a dream of a find. Cannot fault this apartment in any way, super clean, super homely, everything supplied, even cotton buds. Coffee maker the best ever, up to 12oz cup size and it’s hot. Hotel grade white towels, huge television and a super comfy bed. Didn’t want to leave. Subway literally across the road. Takes about 25 minutes to a Times Square. Fantastic little bar up the hill, two shops in on the right. Food to die for. Staff really welcoming 5 stars doesn’t come anywhere near.
