Rooms were not clean and the bathrooms had not been cleaned. We are going to ask for a refund this was not what we were expecting. Our VRBO host canceled on us last minute for a house that we had booked months ago. These replacement accommodations were subpar. We are very dissatisfied.

The front desk staff was completely incompetent and couldn’t care less about the guests. The gentleman that checked us in Tuesday night, however, was great. The air conditioner made all kinds of noise which made it almost impossible to sleep. The website states are multiple restaurants inside the facility, but there’s only one and it’s below the hotel and it’s a dive bar. Pretty terrible experience overall.
