Brand new renovated and furnished in the Village.
The apartment is located in front of Punta Cana International Airport at the Punta Cana Village.
2 minute walk from the Four Points Sheraton Hotel.
Right behind Galerias Punta Cana with its 9 restaurants, stores, banks, pharmacy, grocery store etc.
3 Story Apartment Building. Apartment is located on the 3rd floor.
Besides the 2 bedrooms (one king, the other two full beds) the apartment has a mezzanine above the living room which has a sofa bed which accommodates 2.
There is also a full bathroom/walking closet/tv on the mezzanine.
The 2 guest rooms have ensuite bathrooms.
There is an additional 1/2 bathroom between dining room and kitchen.
There is a sofa bed for 2 (Mezzanine) with a full bathroom on the second floor.

Exactly as in the listing - beautiful, warm, and spacious.

I had a great time during my recent week+ stay at Peter’s apt. You know how sometimes listings/pics can be a bit too flattering to the real thing, this is NOT the case. I can say that in real life the apt looks even nicer than on pics, and it’a super spacious! Also, the full check-in / check-out and interaction with Peter and Jose (the other owner) was lovely, and they always were very attentive and fast to reply for anything. Highly recommended if you want to stay in Punta Cana Village.
