Offering convenience, this residence is just 5 minutes away from major freeways and 10 minutes from the beach! This home is one of two houses on a lot completely detached with a remote gate in-between for controlled access and privacy. In the home you will find all kitchen essentials, Heat/AC, a washer and dryer, keyless entry, complementary starter essentials kits, and more. Please send host a message prior to making a pre-approval inquiry as a signed lease is required for host to approve inquiry. A copy of the lease can also be found on the listing for your review.
