Great unit, great location, great beach!

The only negative thing I can say is we didn’t have the towels replaced every day. Next time I will bring extra.

Nice and clean but unfriendly service

Me and one of my buddies stayed for the hangout fest this past weekend. We cooked cheeseburgers and got a call from the office saying we cannot "barbecue". Meanwhile later that night we cleaned off the balcony "we are on the 2nd floor" and some water dripped off the balcony. We got another call from the office threatening to remove us off the property with no refund. Because we were "peeing" off the balcony. I never felt more degrading at that point. I would avoid the Phoenix all suites west!
