Riverfront Condo w/ Outdoor Pool

Nestled in the White Mountains and perched directly on the Pemigewasset River, this condo is the perfect base camp for your adventures in Lincoln. Enjoy the river from your private balcony, or walk over to the outdoor pool, or on-site swimming hole. Centrally off of the Kancamagus, and located next to Loon Mountain, you`ll be a short distance from the area`s top attractions.

single level condo on the third floor of a 3 floor apartment building. private exterior entrance and a balcony overlooking the river directly below. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, both bedrooms and bathrooms are on opposite ends of the unit for maximum privacy. The primary bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed, a twin over twin bunk bed, and a full sized futon, and private attached full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed.


PLEASE NOTE- there is no central AC, just a portable unit in the main area and fans
