About this property

Paradise Found, unique 2BR home with Private Heated pool, off-street private parking!

Beautiful architect designed home from the 1990`s in the process of being lovingly restored and redecorated. This is a unique 2-part home with the front building consisting of the living room with soaring 2 story ceilings, a floating staircase to the 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds and half bath, a full kitchen (refrigerator w/ice-maker, dishwasher, stove, oven, etc.) with an eat-in kitchen at the island and a full bath with tub. Multiple glass doors at the rear overlooks the pool and rear cottage.

Separating the front home for the rear home is a private heated pool, spa and decking with outdoor covered dining and island landscaping.

The rear house has separate entrances to each of the 2 bedrooms. One is a spacious king suite and the other a queen suite. There is an intimate shower with stained glass and an adjacent bathroom. There is also a private outdoor shower of the rear bathroom..

Air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout...PLUS an off-street private parking spot!
No smoking inside.
Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm at pool, this is a residential neighborhood.
Guest making reservation must be 25 and over.
Please take your pet off premises to relieve itself.

This was our second time renting this home! We had a wonderful stay again! Naomi was a pleasure to talk to and took care of a minor detail we had with booking. The property is in a perfect location with easy walking distance to alll the bars and restaurants! The pool was a big plus!! We willl be back!!
