Charming summer home with view of bay-close to Greenwich Beach

Nestled between St. Peters Bay and rolling farmer’s fields, you will find our classic three bedroom PEI farmhouse with modern touches. Located on the north shore, just two minutes away from Greenwich Beach National Park, you will experience the beauty, privacy and tranquillity of our rural location.

On the main floor, we enjoy sharing meals and family time in our massive water facing sun room to take advantage of the picturesque view of the water. Our country kitchen provides everything you need to make your stay a pleasant one. Laundry facilities are conveniently located in the main level bathroom. There are numerous comfortable seating areas to offer you a great place to relax with friends and family, or spend a quiet afternoon reading. You will enjoy our playground area outside, huge fire pit formed from Island Sandstone for nightly campfires, as well as our large, private outdoor deck.

Three bedrooms are located upstairs. Two of the rooms each have a queen bed and the third bedroom has a full bed and two twin beds. Our bedrooms are bright and cheerful, with views of the surrounding shade trees and spacious yard, farmers’ fields and the bay.

Our favourite beach is located just down the road at Greenwich National Park. You will enjoy various hiking trails, which highlight this historically significant area, and the breathtaking floating boardwalk that leads to the beach. Singing Sands Beach at Basin Head Provincial Park is a second beautiful beach that is not to be missed! There are numerous beaches and provincial parks within a short drive of Greenwich Greens, as well as the famous Links at Crowbush Golf Course. The charming village of St. Peters is just down the road, with restaurants, theatre and shops at St. Peters Landing. King’s Playhouse Theatre in the picturesque town of Georgetown, just a half hour drive from Greenwich Greens. Follow the Points East Coastal Drive for a wonderful tour. We are located just 45 minutes from Charlottetown, and the International Airport. We hope you’ll choose to enjoy a relaxing vacation at Greenwich Green’s cottage.

Great spot!

This is a great spot! It's a cute updated farmhouse. We really enjoyed the sunroom and the two indoor seating areas gave everyone there own space. There is a magnificent view of St. Peters Bay and the yard is nice and flat making it great for the kids to kick a soccer ball around. It is very close to beautiful Greenwich beach and the trails and there is a trail that goes by the house that is perfect for biking or walking. And just down the road is the cute takeout spot The Golden Dory with really great food!

Just fantastic!

We had a group of eight, including three kids under the age of five, and the stay exceeded our expectations! Huge yard to play in, and the proximity to Greenwich Park was ideal. The house itself was roomier than I expected based on the descriptions, and it was very well stocked (the kitchen, particularly) with cookware, utensils etc. This was our first time staying on the Northeastern end of the island. The Golden Dory and Ricks Fish and Chips are highly recommended places for excellent food, both minutes from the house. Couldn't be happier with our experience.

Beautiful summer getaway

The house is lovely and spacious, particularly the sun room. Comfortable and had everything we needed. Great location, just down the road from the Mysa Spa, beautiful view of the bay, close to the beach and St Peter’s Bay.

Quiet relaxing location

Gorgeous property, quiet semi remote location non walkable to restaurants or stores. Couldn’t enjoy the outside mosquitos were unbearable.

The cottage was fantastic both in terms of location and condition. The cottage is close to Saint Peters Bay and literally around the corner from Greenwich Beach. Also right around the corner from a nice little take-out place called Lin's. The cottage itself is spacious, clean, and has full amenities. The front patio and sun-room were highlights for us, as well as the large yard. Would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful wel appointed home situated in the most peaceful location

We loved it here. Everything was clean, beautifully decorated and updated to our liking. i was happy with the high quality of the kitchen cabinets. There were a lot of different toys for people who may have younger children. My favorite place to stay was the lovely screened in room overlooking St. Peter's bay. There is so much space inside for everyone to relax. We loved the huge yard and the fact that there were no other homes next to us. There is Greenwich National Park just a few miles down the road and The Basin is worth the 30 minute drive. When we did go to Cavendish to see all of the "Anne" action we were glad we weren't in the tourist area but so enjoyed our drives and then coming home to our peaceful abode. I can't say enough about how happy we were on this vacation, at this charming home.
