This Jamestown Riverfront Cabin boasts 5 inviting bedrooms, including 3 queen beds, 1 full bed, 1 twin bed, and 2 bunk beds and a private community boat ramp on the property. With heating, AC, a washing machine, and WiFi, guests will feel right at home. Three full bathrooms are equipped with showers, towels, shampoo, and soap for convenience. Full kitchen includes stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishes, utensils, Kuerig coffee maker with pods provided. Wireless internet with streaming tv's in the great room, on the deck, and in 4 of the 5 bedrooms. Riverside deck has outdoor dining seating for 12 people and a well equipted outdoor cooking area with propane grill and a blackstone griddle. Lush front lawn with a spacious firepit and firewood provided. Private community boat ramp offers easy access to the Cumberland River, property has ample parking for vehicles with boat trailers. The Cumberland River offers some of the best trout fishing in the country. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Strip the linens from the beds that you used, leave the sheets on top of each bed. Please turn off all overhead lights and ceiling fans. Return house key to lockbox.
If you are fishing on your checkout day, please move all your personnel items to your automobiles in the morning prior to fishing so that our housekeepers can start cleaning by 10:00 AM.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
