The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Close outside water valves, if used. Close beach umbrella and cover the grill
Place beach accessories (if used) back on its place in the garage
Take all trash out! Pickup is Saturday at 6am – please roll barrels to the curb Friday night
Use the yellow-lidded barrel outside and the kitchen pull-out bin left of the stove for mixed recyclables
Please put beach towels in and start the washer before you leave
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
