Kick back and take your boots off at our cozy, comfortable 2 bedroom condo in the heart of NW San Antonio. It is a quiet area, most neighbors are retired and keep to themselves. Perfect for business, couples and family trips!

• San Marcos Outlets! 45 min away
• Downtown San Antonio, The Pearl, and Sea World 20-25 min drive!
This is a newly remodeled 2 bedroom/ bathroom first story condo with 1 king bed & 1 queen.
The condo is centrally located near ih10 and Huebner. Short drive/ walk from main restaurants, attractions, bars and much more!
You will have the basic amenities included here and access to the beautiful blue pool just steps away from our back patio! The sun is hot, the water is cool; so feel free to enjoy the pool! If you can't handle the hot Texas sun, get ready to jump in. Don't forget your swimsuit!
Guests will have full access to the entire condo and all amenities listed. Community pool, coffee, tea, clean linens, shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and WIFI!
Don't forget your parking pass when you arrive, it will be hanging on the Key Holder inside the condo. Parking passes are MANDATORY and ensure that you will always have a spot. All Uncovered Parking spots are available for our guests as well as spot # 52.
This is a quiet neighborhood with mostly mature retired people and/or business people. We would like to remain courteous to our neighbors by not having large or loud parties in the condo and/or pool area. Our condo is located in the heart of the NW side of San Antonio. You will be a short 1/4 mile walk to either Huebner Commons, City View Village, or Huebner Oaks Shopping Center, which hosts a movie theater, restaurants, retail stores, coffee shops, bars, and much more. The condo is also located less than 6 miles from Six Flags Fiesta Texas (an amazing Theme Park) and The Rim shopping center which includes a variety of retail stores, restaurants, and an IMAX theater! There are so many close by restaurants, shopping spots and things to do, you will never be bored! We are also 13 miles from the River Walk & Downtown San Antonio (around $15-$20 UBER ride... or just drive... it's not far at all!) We will be more than happy to refer you over to our favorite spots!
***MANDATORY PARKING PASS***
(you will always have 1 covered parking spot) and multiple non-covered parking spots within the complex (all spots require a yellow private parking pass provided by us). We will provide you with parking passes for you and ALL the guests (this is mandatory).
***Strict towing policy for all vehicles that do not have a yellow parking pass. *This policy helps ensure that you, guests and condo owners always have a place to park.
The closest bus stop is about a 5-minute walk. But since everything is bigger in Texas, we would definitely recommend renting/bringing a car. If you have an issue with transportation just let us know! We can help with recommendations.
