Villa Irini is a beautiful vacation home with stunning views over the Saronic Gulf and Ancient Epidaurus. Its idyllic guest annex comfortably accommodates up to 4 people, has its own entrance and private swimming pool. Cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen, two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds, neat marble bathroom and free Wi-Fi are at your full disposal. The laundry service is free. The beach with crystal clear water is just 350 meters away. The hosts speak English, Spanish, Italian, and Greek.
Three taverns, two beach bars and a minimarket can be accessed by walking a short distance from the property. More fine taverns, supermarkets, numerous shops and ancient historical sites can be found in the nearby village of Epidaurus and its vicinity. Distance from Athens is about 150 km. For quality time vacation car is needed.
The Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus hosts major drama performances every summer as a part of international Hellenic Festival.

Cozy living room with a comfy sofa and a coffee table, big screen TV, DVD player, media player (just bring a flash drive with your favorite movies), dining table, wine fridge for 38 bottles (you will never run out of most essential supplies).

Comfortable double beds, closets, air-condition/central heating. Iron & iron table. Fresh clean linens provided twice a week.
• Kitchen
Electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, juicer, etc. Full set of frying/boiling pans, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery and other accessories. Basic supply of sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, tea, coffee. Wine saver with vacuum pump and stoppers.

Electric towel rails to dry your towels. Fresh towels provided twice a week.
• Outdoors
Private swimming pool. Jet stream system, perfect for swimming or massage. Big terrace with 6x6 meters sunshade. Sunbeds. Rose garden. Parking place. Barbecue/grill upon request.

Die Woche in Arturs Appartement war wunderbar, alles sehr gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet und komfortabel. Der Gastgeber selbst war stets hilfreich und freundlich, hat uns mit vielen guten Urlaubstipps versorgt. Wir können den Urlaub dort sehr empfehlen..

PARFAIT !

Arthur est un hôte bienveillant et serviable . Il est de bons conseils pour votre séjour en Grèce. La villa est parfaite: grande , propre et avec une vue incroyable. Rien ne manque dans la cuisine (huile, vinaigre, serviettes de table, produits de ménage...), dans la salle de bain (savon, shampoing, ...). Les draps sont fournis, les serviettes de bain aussi. Il y a aussi un parasol. Heureusement, il y a la climatisation et la piscine ! La plage est à 5 minutes à pied. La villa est idéalement placée pour visiter le théâtre d'Epidaure (15 min en voiture), Mycènes (45 min.), Corinthe (45 min.), Ermionie (55 min. pour un départ vers l'île d'Hydra), Nauplie (40 min), Athènes (environ 1h45). Nous remercions Arthur pour sa sympathie et sa gentillesse.
