The Space:

Designed for groups, this 5-bedroom, 3-bath mountain cabin offers plenty of room to spread out and come together. The main living areas are made for relaxed gatherings, and a seasonal gas fireplace (October–March) sets a cozy tone. A dedicated game room keeps all-ages fun going after a day out.

Step outside to enjoy the mountain air. Unwind in the private hot tub, gather around the outdoor fire pit, or kick back on the seating in the yard. Inside, you’ll also find a laptop-friendly workspace to keep tabs on email, plus the convenience of an in-home washer and dryer. Pet-friendly with a fee (see Important Things to Note).

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Driveway parking is available for 4+ vehicles directly beside the property.

• Winter driving: An AWD or 4x4 vehicle may be required during winter months.

• Stairs: This home has stairs; mobility considerations may apply.

• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet is allowed per stay. An additional $75 fee applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed. Pets must be crated or safely contained when left alone, and please clean up after your pet indoors and out. Additional cleaning/damage fees may apply if needed.

• WiFi and cell service: WiFi is provided; however, due to our rural Smoky Mountains location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Fireplace: The gas fireplace is seasonal and available October through March.

• Security cameras: Two exterior cameras are on-site—one above the main entry (monitoring the entrance) and one at the bottom floor entry (monitoring the entrance and parking area). They do not face any interior spaces.

• Laundry: Washer and dryer are available in the home.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise note
