Our 1300 sq.ft. apartment stands out for its ideal mix of style, space, comfort, and convenience.
The open-concept main area is a true highlight. With seamless flow between the kitchen, dining, and living spaces, it’s perfect for gathering, relaxing, and socializing. Whether you're preparing a group meal or enjoying a cozy movie night, the layout brings everyone together. The electric fireplace adds a warm, inviting ambiance—especially in the evenings.
The fully equipped kitchen features high-end appliances, including a water/ice dispensing refrigerator, double wall oven (upper oven is a convection oven that doubles as a microwave), gas cooktop, and dishwasher. You will find everything you need to feel right at home, whether you’re making breakfast or hosting a shabbat dinner. You will find everything you need for a traditional shabbat meal, and some pantry staples to use while you are staying in our home (coffee/tea/oil/vinegar/spices).
The apartment includes 4 bedrooms (one bedroom doubles as a reinforced safe room), 3 full bathrooms , a separate laundry room with high end washer and dryer with access to an outdoor drying area, and 2 free parking spots in a secure gated lot. You’ll also enjoy modern comforts like central A/C, fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs, electronic blinds that offer extra security and complete darkness for a good nights sleep, a dedicated workspace, and thoughtful extras like quality linens, toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap.
THE GREAT OUTDOORS
One of our favorite features is the spacious 40 m² (430 sq ft) tiled ground floor terrace overlooking the park—a rare and peaceful bonus. It’s perfect for BBQs (brand new Coleman grill), morning coffee, lounging, or enjoying outdoor meals in the sun.
We’ve created a space that’s as functional as it is beautiful, and we’re excited to share it with guests who value style, comfort, and room to breathe.

Or Yam is a brand-new neighborhood just outside Caesarea, only 5 minutes from some of Israel’s most beautiful beaches. Ideally located between two major highways, it offers easy access to everything—from Tel Aviv and Haifa to hidden coastal gems and day-trip destinations.
Built with active families in mind, the community features parks, playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, a golf course, soccer fields, and outdoor gyms—all just steps from your door.
