A very well- loved beautiful LBI Beach house away from home with an ocean front view and a private access to the beach. Just minutes to Fantasy Island Amusement Park, Iconic Bay Village shopping center and restaurants. Family fun at nearby water slide park, arcade and mini golf.
Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise from your Oceanfront deck. Early morning dolphin can be seen. Walk out to your private oceanfront path to the beautiful sprawling Spray beach. Spend fun times on the beach with your family enjoying the weather then enjoy a barbeque lunch out on your oceanfront deck.
Relax and let the good times roll. Simple things like kite flying are also fun along with fishing from the ocean surf.
Evening strolls on the beach are easy and fun times with your family from your oceanfront home. Create many loving family memories together filled with fun and laughter. Those that come to Spray Beach NJ always come back. I have been going to this beach since my childhood. Now I am happy to take my children and family to Spray Beach to create new cherished memories together. It is truly my pleasure to see the families that stay at our home enjoy themselves at Spray Beach. It is happy times away from work uninterrupted with the ones you love that creates everlasting loving memories together.

Great Stay

Michael's home was exactly what me and my brothers were looking for during our family reunion weekend down the shore. Right on the beach, clean, and in a great location (easily bike to anywhere in downtown beach haven)!

Beach vacation

The second floor of the beach house was spacious and had a spectacular view. The check-in was quick and easy. The kitchen area was a bit small but who wants to cook at the beach anyway.

Spray Beach Oceanfront House

The house was decorated in nice beachy colors which we loved. Very convenient location to main shopping area. We appreciated the indoor and outdoor dining areas because they both had great views. Had a lovely stay and would highly recommend!

Great vacation home in Spray Beach

This was a lovely property we had the pleasure of staying in for 2 weeks for our summer vacation. The location is wonderful - direct beach access and convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The views are absolutely outstanding and that patio overlooking the beach is just lovely. While the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the small side, this allows for the living space to be ample which fit our needs perfectly. Both the owner and property manager were great to work with and very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Beachside gem

When I saw the photos of this property I thought it was too good to be true but this was an amazing find. There's an ocean view from the dining room, living room and balcony, a private path to the beach and two parking spaces. We had 7 people in our group and we fit very comfortably in the home. We're already discussing coming back next summer!

What a beach house should be

LBI is special, this place is a "beach house", not a mansion built on the beach. It was clean, had what it needed to have, and having the ocean as a neighbor makes visiting LBI a whole different ballgame. The property manager stopped by to check on us, he was a thoughtful, solid guy, which was greatly appreciated. My family hopes to return next year, many thanks.

Wonderful time!

We stayed here for one week; 3 kids and 2adults. This was perfect for our family- the second floor is pretty spacious for us. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a bbq to use. The location was close to fantasy island and shops; we walked there a few times with the kids. There was everything you would want for the comfort of your own home including laundry, wifi and tv. The views of the beach were amazing. We all loved the warm outdoor showers! The house is near a beachfront hotel and I expected this part of the beach to be crowded but it was not- unsure if it was because we stayed the week before July 4th. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely Perfect!

I'm reluctant to say how perfect this rental is for fear it will become so popular that we won't have the opportunity to return. But that's what it is. Perfect! From the cleanliness of the spacious rooms, the views of the sunrises and settings, and the most beautiful beach on LBI to the location in the midst of everything there is to do on a beach vacation, this is the best place we've stayed at over many years of renting on the Jersey Shore. My entire family wants to return again next year!

Thank you! We had a great week and the house worked out perfectly for us. The location was fabulous and the casual vibe of this rental was comfortable, fun, and very relaxed. Spray beach was a huge hit and the water was great. We watched surfers every morning and even saw some dolphins! Dr. Farrell ( the owner) was very responsive to all my pre-booking inquiries. I would not have been able to work out the perfect week for my family and friends without his guidance and patience. We would 💯 come back and stay again! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

Fabulous Beach House!

My children & I had the most wonderful stay at this perfect LBI beach escape over Labor Day wknd! Perfect in every way & cannot wait to return for our next beautiful experience soon! Location & view cannot be beat on an island I had the good fortune to grow up on, just south of your lovely place. Location, location!

Location, location! Absolutely loved waking up and eating breakfast on the deck overlooking the dunes and ocean. The dedicated path to the beach was so convenient to be able to go down to the beach and have the option of not packing up for the day and be back for lunch. Even if the weather does not cooperate for outdoor eating, the dining room is perched over the dunes, bright, has a beautiful large table for eight, and views in three directions. There is a fish market on the street that we could walk to and grab fresh fish for grilling each night. Dr, Farrell was a joy to communicate with and was so quick at getting back to us with any questions we had. Our only comment, because we love to cook and eat in, is there could be a few more serving dishes, but in the scheme of things, not really a big deal. :-)

Perfect location!

This house offers beautiful views, excellent access to the beach, and an ideal location to lots of restaurants and activities. Our family enjoyed the easiness of the private path from the beach to the house. The owner is really accommodating and easy to get in touch with.
