I am a Resident in Singapore for 14 years and planning to go back soon here in the Philippines for good. Having been renting here in Singapore, at least in own country I'm the one renting out my properties. To this point, I have a few units being rented out.
Why they chose this property
Why Vinia Residences? Number one is the location, not only now but I can see the huge future waiting in this area. Being just next to MRT Station soon to be "Common Station", just a few minutes walk to big malls. Nothing I can ask for but, I think I am so lucky with this property. By the way, I have 2 units for Vacation Rentals here.
What makes this property unique
Along EDSA near Bus Terminals and Near Malls. Everything you need is within reach without taking a car if you just choose to walk.
