Nice homebase for our family to enjoy the beach
My family with my wife and two kids stayed at Fran's place for a week of fun in the sun late winter 2024. We had stayed in another unit in the same building a couple years back and overall had a good experience and mostly knew what to expect. Fran communicated with us before our arrival that she would meet us at the condo to give us a quick intro tour and to hand off the keys since the keyless entry wasn't working. This was quick and easy and Fran was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area and gave some good local restaurant recommendations. Later in the week Fran contacted me that her friend would come and install a new keyless entry lock which was welcome and worked well upon our arrival back to the unit. Overall the unit was clean and in great condition. A couple small unclean items we found included a microwave food cover that had some oil and food pieces on it and the coffee pot still had some coffee in it. Not a huge deal and everything else was clean. The king bed was very comfortable. The bunk beds had older mattresses and thinner pillows but kids slept well. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals all week long. The best parts about this property are the on-site pool and hot tub that our kids loved, the proximity to miles of seemingly endless white sand beach, and being a good central location between the things to do and places to eat.
