Your cozy getaway awaits in Treasure Cay at this delightful villa. We have 2 master bedrooms featuring a king and queen bed, along with 2 bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and shower, this charming retreat offers everything you need for a superb stay. We have a reverse osmosis filter installed in the kitchen for clean water. Also a 55” smart tv with WIFI so you can watch your favorite shows. Take a ride on our golf cart to the greenways to discover the other beaches or go out for dinner. Enjoy a steak on our gas grill on the patio while you entertain your friends. The beach is less than a 2 minute walk and a spacious pool to enjoy and an outdoor shower for when you need to wash the sand away. On the days the weather may not be cooperating we have games and books to enjoy while you relax inside. A great place to call homebase while you're away, One of the best things is we don’t charge fees per person! If you rent our villa the price is the same if you bring 1 person or 5! Please note that during winter months the generator cannot run 24 hrs a day due to HOA regulations. Also if you rent for a month there are additional cleaning charges. Please ask me about this if you’re concerned & we can work something out.

This Villa and the host are awesome! The Villa is very well equipped, comfortable and nicely decorated, situated within a 5 minute walk to the most incredible white sandy beach! We loved our stay! Don't hesitate to book this Villa.

Check-in was quick, clean and easy. The villa is beautifully outfitted for a rental vacation. Loads of clean towels and sheets and bedding. Internet is awesome and kitchen is perfect.

Kathy was an exemplary tenant during their stay at the Sandy Shanti. They kept the villa in immaculate condition. They were respectful of neighbors and followed all community rules. I would gladly rent to Kathy again!

We stay in Treasure Cay about 3 months out of the year. We LOVE fishing and snorkeling. We want to share our special place so anyone can experience the relaxation & fun! Make sure you visit No Name Cay (Big O’s) for lunch! They have the swimming pigs and they really love visitors! Ask Wilson at the marina about arrangements for a ride over (I can send you his #, just ask.
He can also rent you a boat and recommend a tour guide to drive you around to explore or catch some nice large fish!
Enjoy the villa and please relax and get some color by the heated pool. We’ve tried to make it easy. If you need anything feel free to message me!

What makes this property unique

Other villas require you to pay a dollar a gallon for r/o water at the office. We have our own R/O filter at the kitchen sink for your convenience. Very few villas offer a golf cart for use free of charge. We only ask that you keep it charged & don’t drive it past the round about by the boat towards the main highway.
You will find a brand new king size bed in the 1st master bedroom, with electric blackout blinds in case you need to sleep in. The 2nd master bedroom has a queen size bed with an amazing walk-in shower. Plenty of fluffy pillows and crisp clean sheets. Our maid service takes pride in cleaning so it’s always perfect. If you need any cleaning supplies you will find them under the kitchen sink. If you have any suggestions on making our villa more comfortable please let me know!
