Robert was a great host and communicator. We love the place on the canal and got to see fireworks on the 4th and Sunday the 5th they are beautiful from the place. Great space for our family we had 8 of there and we fit well! My only recommendation would be is to have a fold up desk to use since many have to work from home some even on vacation. overall a great experience loved the neighborhood and pool and close enough to walk to beach. We even found parking by the beach on 4th week so that was great too to drop off stuff.

The property is very nicely appointed. The kitchen is a bit small for our group of 5 who frequently like to cook together. The property is 3 stories so lots of stairs! Great having the boat dock out the back door! There is no trailer parking anywhere in the private community..even the dedicated parking spots.. so if you're bringing a trailered boat be prepared to park your trailer in the municipal parking lot near 64th Street. What few neighbors were around were very friendly and welcoming. The owner was incredibly responsive and very easy to deal with. We did have a great time being able to visit with siblings for a wk that we only get to do this 1 wk/yr.The location is great for restaurants, groceries, etc. It's a bit far north of the typical (and our preferred) fishing area but overall quite convenient to most things.
