Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

*Close and lock all windows *Turn off all lights and small appliances *Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run *Report any damaged or missing items to the Hosts

*Remove trash from bin and place in receptacles outside at the base of the hill by the street. Recycling goes in the bin with the yellow lid and trash in the bin with the brown lid

*Put all dirty/used towels on the bathroom floor *Put all used bedding on bedroom floor *Please lock door behind you by pressing "lock" on the keypad *Please message host upon departure

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Park under the carport or on the concrete landing off the side of the driveway and do not block the driveway.

The house is on a Septic system, so do not flush anything besides toilet paper down the toilets (even if it says flushable, it’s not septic safe).

Quiet Hours are 10:00pm-7am. No Smoking in the house or on property, no candles or fires.
