With 4 bedrooms 2 with king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, a loft with queen sleeper sofa and a futon mattress that can be used in the master bedroom or living room. this house is perfect for extended family or friends groups looking to unwind. Three bathrooms, one with a relaxing bathtub ensure everyone's comfort. Soak in the hot tub and enjoy the views from the wrap around porch. We live next door and are available if you need anything. Enjoy visiting our horses, mules chickens and dogs. We are dog friendly if you want to bring your buddy. Pool table and horseshoes for the gamers.

It is quite a big house and it is relatively close to SLO, Paso and the beach. It was a nice place to entertain and have our family get together and celebrate our uncle's 80th Birthday!!

Im a native Californian, born and raised in Napa, I moved to the Central Coast in 83. Retired Recreation therapist, widowed with 2 grown kids. Ive got 5 beloved dogs, several mules and horses. We all live here on this slice of heaven.

Why they chose this property

Ive owned the 15 acres the house is on 30 years. My late husband and I bought it as a place to raise our kids and have our horses. We built the house, arena, shop and the little house I now live in 25 years ago. Its located in the wine country, surrounded by Vineyards. Minutes from the towns of Creston, Paso Robles, Templeton and Atascadero. An easy drive to the coast on the hot days. I think you will love your stay in this peaceful setting.

What makes this property unique

Walk across the road to a beautiful winery, meet my horses and mules, collect fresh eggs from the chickens, cut herbs in the greenhouse. Kids paradise. Its not a hotel, its a home, a place to relax and spread out.
