The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
On Sundays & Mondays, trash bins may be in the back alley. Use gate clicker to access. We'll take bins in and out during these days. Please no trash in the brown bin & recycling only in the green bin.
Any request to ship items left behind will require a $30 fee along with any associated shipping costs (ex. packaging, expedites, carrier fees).
Return the gate clicker to the drawer if used. **Failure to do so will result in a $100 replacement fee.**
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
