Won’t be staying here again. But the beach was beautiful

For a pretty good size complex there were only two elevators. The day we arrived one elevator was broke so we only had one elevator and the second day it broke and people got stuck on it. We were on the 14th floor and had no elevators. Throughout the entire time we were there they would get the elevators working and then they would break down after an hour or two. We spent most of our vacation scared we would get stuck in the elevators. As far as the room goes it was ok I guess. There was 4 of us and my sister and I were to sleep on the pull out couch. Ha what a joke! I’ve slept on many pull out couches in my day and this was by far the worst nights sleep I’ve ever gotten. We ended up going out the second night and buying an $80 blowup mattress that slept 10 times better than that pull out couch. The furniture could definitely use some major updating. Don’t stay in this condo if there are more than two people. Other than that the beach was beautiful the man that deals with the umbrellas and chairs, Eathan, was amazing! This beach is one of the best beaches I’ve been to and we will be back but not to stay in this condo or in this building at all.

Disrepair, not as advertised, horrible odor

This property should be taken out of the rental program. When we walked in, it had a horrendous odor. The living room furniture was in complete disrepair. The recliner had food caked on it. The ottoman had the leather ripped off the top. I laid an extra sheet across the sofa to sit on it. The master bedroom comforter stained with food. The sheets were sour smelling and scratchy. The cords from the master bdrm tv were a tangled mess with the curtains. When we called a rep up to see what we were experiencing they acknowledged that they have tried to get the owner to address the issues, but are getting no response. They acknowledged that the dishwasher didn’t work, but was backed up and contributing to the odor. The garbage disposal had shrimp tails stuck in it. They did credit some of our cost back to is, but for the vacation time we used and drive over, I would rather have stayed in a more pleasant place with a cash credit. The view of the ocean was nice and the patio had good furniture.
