Guest Bedroom: Two queen beds with matching coastal bedding, dresser with storage, flat-screen TV mounted on wall, ceiling fan, quality linens, and access to second full bathroom in hallway. The turquoise and white color scheme creates a relaxing beach vibe. Spacious layout accommodates four guests comfortably without feeling cramped. Locks on bedroom door for privacy.
Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space for 2 guests. Quality mattress ensures comfortable sleep for overflow guests or kids.

Parking: Parking passes required ($62.10 per vehicle for up to 7 nights, maximum 2 vehicles). Reservations exceeding 7 days must purchase additional passes for extra nights. Parking fee paid directly to Wind Drift Association. Their office provides gate code for your stay.
Boat Parking Details: Boat/trailer/jet ski parking available with advance notice. Wind Drift Association requires boat registration and documents completed no less than 7 days prior to check-in. Reservations made within 7 days of check-in are ineligible for boat parking. Boat/trailer decals cost $50/day or $300/week plus $50 service fee. You may tie up to a boat slip (first-come, first-served). If all slips are taken when you return, boats must be removed from water. When you complete required HOA documents, this reserves a spot for boat and trailer (spaces limited). No refunds unless mandatory evacuation. Snowbird Monthly Parking Rate: $150 per month. Multi-month Snowbird rate: $125 per month (2+ months required).
