7 Night Minimum Required
Saturday to Saturday rentals ONLY.
No Pets Allowed.
No Smoking and/or Vaping Allowed.
Check-in 4:00pm
Check-out 10:00am SHARP! No exceptions.
Linen and towel package is available for purchase at an additional cost. If you choose not to purchase the package, we kindly ask that you bring your own linens and towels. Please note that beach towels are not provided and must be brought with you, even if you opt for the linen and towel package.
Initial paper products (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, etc.) will be provided for guests; however, guests are asked to supply any additional paper products they may need during their stay. Guest are also to supply their own laundry soap and dryer sheets.
Quiet hours are from 11:00PM to 8:00AM
Home is equipped for streaming using your personal accounts. Please note that cable TV is not available.
There are security cameras, which have audio and video monitoring, on the exterior of the property only.
One guest must be at least 25 years of age to book the reservation. Any guest(s) under the age of 25 must be accompanied by the reservationist, a parent or legal guardian for the entire duration of the reservation.
Trash pickup is weekly on Thursdays and recycle is every other Thursday. Cans should be placed at the curb no earlier than Wednesday evening after 5pm and retrieved and stored in the garage no later than 7pm on Thursdays.
Community Amenities and Information:
Outdoor pool available from around Memorial Day until after Labor Day. Specific dates are set during the annual COA meeting.
Amenities are accessible by fob. Renter is responsible to ensure fob is not lost and is left inside the rental home at time of check-out. There will be a $50 charge to the tenant to replace any fob that is lost and/or not left at check-out.
No lifeguard is on duty at the pool.
