It is a new brand new Loft on the top floor of the building, with elevator, great natural light and a great view. It is very calm and the location is strategic in a very exclusive, safe and quiet area of Bogotá, just in front of a very exclusive fancy park perfect for a calm walk, relax or even doing some exercise. With a very comfortable and spacious double bed. It has a Smart TV, microwave, waffle maker, coffee maker, panini maker, toaster, fridge with freezer, stove and space to work: desk, chair and fiber optic WIFI. Large kitchen with everything you need for a cozy stay. The loft is spacious enough and has a blackout and a veil for the night or when privacy and darkness are desired. The bathroom has excellent ventilation, hot water and good lighting. It is a very cozy space with designer decoration and finishes. . The building has great amenities such as a terrace with a 360 view of the park and the city, coworking area, space for bbq, exercise, bicycle parking and laundry area, In addition, it is 100% suitable for the disabled. Located in the city north and less than 5 minutes away from public transport, it has great access roads such as Av19 and the north highway.
