No extra guests. Unregistered guests may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund and a fine of $1000-$5,000
Quiet hours between 10:00pm and 8:00am. Any violation of this rule may result in a fine of $1,000-$6,000 from the HOA which will be passed on to you.
