You cannot beat the location of this condo! Coffee on the balcony watching the dolphin in the water each morning was wonderful! Condo included beach chairs and some floats which made it easy to enjoy the beach and pool. The insight Island Girl tiki bar makes the best run runners! Everything inside was clean and comfortable, and the owners were very communicative. Excellent stay.

Best room there

We are from Ohio and have stayed at Island Inn several times and this room is by far our favorite. We can't wait to stay again.

Our stay was comfortable, and the unit's location right on the gulf was perfect! My kids (ages 9 and 8) enjoyed the beach toys available in the condo, and I appreciated access to the beach chairs and cooler. The building and pool were both quiet. We had a small incident with the kitchen, but the owners were very responsible and helpful. Our only negative comment is that the AC unit and dehumidifier are very loud. Overall, we had a nice long weekend stay.

Awesome location!

Relaxing, right on the beach, friendly staff, price was reasonable and great location. The listing was spot on. We would definitely come back to this place to stay again. One of the best and most relaxing vacations my husband and I have ever had.

Very close to everything, but far enough away from hustle and bustle. Laundry room on 2nd floor and quarters are available at front office.

Perfect getaway.

This is our second year in a row visiting Treasure Island. This beachfront studio was perfect. The view was beautiful and one of our favorite things to do was watch the dolphins swim past every morning. Just a suggestion, but bring a pair of binoculars. You don’t need to rent a car. Most everything is within walking distance and you can Lyft or Uber. We’ll be back!

Beachy dream

Loved this accommodation! Room was updated, clean and comfortable. Great views as we hung out on the balcony in the evenings. Our visit was short so we loved having the food and beverages by the bar. As the city is trying to recuperate from the storms, the nightlife is relatively quiet. Still one of my favorite beaches to visit and plan to return again soon.

The View!

Absolutely wonderful little condo! The view each night was everything I wanted and more. We will definitely be back soon. Everywhere is walkable, it was quiet, everyone was respectful.

What a view!

We had a pleasant stay with an amazing view! The view on the balcony and down on the beach was unbeatable! The beach was never crowded & was very quiet and clean. The pull out couch was perfect for our kids and we had enough space for everything. The only thing we had hoped for was an oven. The neighbors constantly slammed their doors, but the unit itself was really good!

Good Location

The condo was nice. The bed slats were warped and made the bed extremely uncomfortable since it dipped in the middle. It made my back hurt, but if they fixed the and maybe sprayed for ants it would have much improved our experience! Great location! Beautiful views!

Location is perfect, beach is on your back door step and the pool is situated perfectly. Love that they have a little Tiki bar at the pool but I didnt like that you couldnt bring a cooler into the pool area. When your traveling with kids as hot as it is, not very convenient that you cant bring snacks or drinks with you. The room was great, bed was comfy, view was spectacular. They did have 2 beach chairs and an umbrella with a cooler and a few pool toys for the kids which was nice. We have stayed at this Inn in the past and you really cannot beat the location. Would stay again.

Beach condo

Condo was at a great location. Beach was awesome. However the first day the air conditioner broke as well as the key reader to the room . It needed some maintenance and a deep cleaning in the shower . A new set of sheets is needed as corners pulled up all night . A table on the balcony would have been good too, as well as beach chairs . It was expensive to rent them on a daily basis. Pool was by a bar so often very crowded. Not sure we would return .

Nice room , should be cleaned better

Upon arrival, our flight was delayed because of a storm, we had to stay on the plane two hours on the ramp. We finally arrive at the island inn, and there is no one in the office. We called the number provided and did get an immediate response, then the clerk showed up and let us in the room. Exhausted and ready to sleep, I checked the bed for bed bugs, I don’t know if the dead bugs behind the bed were actual bed bugs but they were all along the wall behind the bed and the night stands , 100s of them. I took a picture and sent a text to the room manager, he called, claimed that was a deep cleaning issue not a weekly cleaning thing . I would have assumed that with all that is going in in the world today, each room would receive a deep clean between each stay, apparently not. This dirt and bugs had accumulated for some time, it was not a weeks worth of filth. The manager said he would come by in the morning, he did not show and the bugs were dead and there were nothing to say that there were any live bugs anywhere so we stayed in the room regardless, we couldn’t move to another room as it was on Labor Day weekend and there were none available. Also the last three days of our stay a group of very loud people showed up, they hung out all hours if the night in the covered patio area and partied loudly. They took up space all around us in the beach during the day and blasted their music. We spend thousands to stay in the same beach and have a quiet calming experience and it was hard to get away from this group and not hear them. The managers at the island inn did nothing to help, they should have at least made them leave the patio area at a decent hour but they did not, therefore, we will not stay in this place again. It didn’t used to be like this at the island inn but apparently it has new owners and they are not concerned with groups disturbing other guests.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was in a area away from alot of crowds but still within distance to some amazing restaurants. The staff were all so friendly and hard working. The pool and tiki bar were so clean and relaxing. The view was the best we have ever seen of the ocean sunsets.

Fantastic location
