Sirena Bay Estate is a rare oceanfront property consisting of multiple historic buildings, fully restored for modern comfort. Located in the heart of Willemstad, the estate offers scale, privacy and character that cannot be replicated.
Designed exclusively for groups, the entire estate is reserved for you and your guests - creating a private Caribbean experience without compromise.

We offer 10 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, for up to 20 guests. An ideal setting for sharing and creating memories with family and friends who will enjoy the private beach and the spacious swimming pool in peace and privacy. Our team is happy to arrange a Private Chef, airport transfers, private boat trips, yoga lessons and many more for you.

Location
This distinctive address right in the heart of Willemstad, offers luxury, space, peace and privacy. Within walking distance you will find several cocktail and wine bars and some of the best restaurants of Curacao. More than 10 excellent restaurants are within 2 blocks from the Estate. The world famous Emma Bridge and the lovely UNESCO recognized architecture of downtown Willemstad is less than 10 minutes on foot. The popular and trendy Pietermaai district, famous for the best jazz bars and live music, is just 5 minutes away by foot.
In the ocean in front of the estate you will find beautiful ancient coral, which is perfect for diving or snorkeling. You can enter the ocean by the stairs on our beach. Next to our estate is a small protected bay perfect for smaller children to play in the ocean with sun beds, a beach bar and restaurant. Curacao is famous for her many hidden sandy bays and beaches, there are so many places to enjoy a beautiful day!

Exclusively yours
Sirena Bay is a private estate for groups of 10 to 20 people. You will always rent the entire estate exclusively - no shared spaces, no other guests.
The number of buildings you use depends on the size of your group (see below).

1–10 guests → Main Estate
11–14 guests → Main Estate + 1 apartment
15–20 guests → Main Estate + 2 apartments

Our basic rate includes 10 persons (5 bedrooms).
Additional guests: +$100 per person per night
Unused bedrooms will remain closed.

A Single Room Package (for guests who prefer not to share bedrooms) is available as an optional extra after you made your reservation.
