Frequently asked questions
About the host
Hosted by sam cotler
We are long time Brooklyners who enjoy welcoming people from around the world to our neighborhood. You likely won't meet us in person during your stay, however we are always available should anything come up or if you'd like suggestions on where to go, where to eat, where to drink and how to get there!
Why they chose this property
We love North Brooklyn and Bushwick is really the coolest neighborhood. This place is great because it's on a residential street lined with townhomes but is walking distance to stores, restaurants, breweries, coffee shops and more! Plus, you're steps from the L train that can whisk you to Williamsburg and Union Square in minutes and offers easy connection to all of the uptown and downtown trains in Manhattan. You can also walk from here into Queens and explore Ridgewood or go south into Bed Stuy.
What makes this property unique
The patio is truly unique for NYC. It's a secluded oasis that is covered, has furnishings, lights and a weber grill. This apartment also has two TVs, a great security system, free laundry and everything you need to cook a great meal. Plus fast internet and a desk to work.
