Our condo in gated Puerta Cabos Village super close beach. 4 minute walk to Medano beach on the Gulf of Cortez---the best swimmable beach in Cabo, and 10 minute walk to Downtown Cabo with fun beachfront bars even closer! Our beautiful condo provides every thing a group of 4 could need---with full laundry inside, large patio for dining and drinks with BBQ grill, large en suite jacuzzi tub, huge showers in both marble bathrooms, new furniture and decor, all silverware and cookware/dishware to do your own cooking, and a wonderful pool area for sunbathing (older kids will love jumping off the bridge into the pool)! The pool never gets too crowded---you won't have to wake up early to reserve a lounge chair! Close to nightlife, but very quiet when you want to relax! This condo is perfect for families, girl's getaways, guy's fishing or golf trips, and romantic holidays. High speed internet, large 42' HD smartTV in living room, same service with smaller TV in master (w/AppleTV). Our Cabo property managers will assist you with check-in as well as help with anything you might need: the best priced airport transportation, food and drink requests, activity scheduling, golf tee times, massage appointments, fishing charters, etc, etc. They are locals and know all the best deals and tastiest restaurants too! For those of you who like to do it yourself--a US style Wallmart is a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive and stocks all you need---groceries, liquor, and beach supplies! Girls trip

We enjoyed our annual girls trip here!! Great location. Clean accommodation. Close to the beach and marina. Kendra was great to communicate with while we were in Cabo. We will be back next year!!

This condo met all of our needs. We have stayed at Puerto Cabo Villas many times and this one is defiantly going to be on our 'will stay again list' Claudia was very reachable as well as the property manager in Cabo. I thought the condo was very clean, the beds were comfortable. We had an over all great experience. Thank you Claudia!!!! We'll be back!!!

Very disappointed

Omg. Don’t stay here! The view is awful. The noise at night is unbearable. Thr streets line with cars and large boom boxes and loud loud music all night long. The condo was dirty. Burnt out light bulbs. Ceiling fans didn’t work. No tv in the 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom head board was broke and only stood up by leaning against the mattress. No cable tv, just Netflix. Freezer shelves were broke. No filtered water or ice maker. Kitchen faucet was broke. It leaked all over the counter and would spray all over the place. Maintenance would not fix it. Did a temp fix myself with foil. Pots and pans need to be replaced. Lacking glass wear And to top it off we had to have maintenance come in to do some repairs and they stole jewelry. Property manager and the owner would not cover the cost of th jewelry. We also paid double the rent compared to other tenants. Stay away. So many better places to stay in cabo. I will never rent there again.

I am very sorry for this opinion, as we work hard to fulfill the expectation of all our visits. Our property manager reported us every comment of this visit and we looked for a solution, and at the end of the stay she told us that the guest wanted to pay less and also informed us that she had lost some jewels. We helped her to report it with the authority but she did not want to do it. We work so that this does not happen again, we believe that the homeaway community is very good and we wish to receive next visitors who spend a happy holiday in Cabo. All the best, blessings. Clean, spacious, well appointed condo, close to beach, groceries and downtown.

Puerta Cabo Village is our favourite place to stay in Cabo and Claudia’s condo did not disappoint. The condo is well furnished, has good Wi-Fi, a BBQ (very important to us for a long term stay) beach chairs and towels. It is in a gated complex with security, well groomed grounds and 2 pools. We were able to walk to: Beach (109 days at the beach) Restaurants Downtown The Marina Groceries and Liquor Claudia was quick to respond to our communications directly with her.

What a great condo

We loved our stay . The security down stairs are helpful and will get you a taxi when you need one. They are so nice. The pool is never crowded and is perfect. It is walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. But the cab ride varies between $10-$12 depending where you go. The place the very spacious . They have laundry detergent for your stay. The beds were comfortable. I slept on the couch and it was great. The full kitchen helped. I would definitely stay here again. And, communication with the Propertyu manager was so easy. She was very attentive and always responded quickly. I highly recommend staying here.

Very noisy location

Enjoyed the stay, the condo was good with the exception I found the living room furniture in dire need of cleaning. The location to restaurant and shopping was great with a 4 minute walk to the beach. There is a dirt soccer field across the street, with a flying car take off and landing area and the boulevard is very noisy.

Could not have been better. Exactly what we wanted.

The condo was clean, well appointed with everything needed to make the stay comfortable. Walmart nearby as well as Costco. Taxi just outside the gate. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Super location!, and best value

The condo is super located !, very close to the beach and many amenities. I loved the bathroom in the master bedroom. Everything is very clean. BBQ grill in terrace is good. The neighborhood is very safe and the building has a guard 24/7

THIS HOUSE WAS PERFECT, EVERYTHING WAS NICE AND CLEAN, i WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN IF I WAS TO GO BACK, CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. I LOVE HOW THE TUB OPENS UP INTO THE ROOM, PERFECT.
