Great neighborhood. Family atmosphere. Only two blocks from the beach and downtown Bucerias. Brand new condos, three units on the property. Nice and peaceful property. Big outside garden area with patio and BBQ area for relaxing at the table or in one of the hammocks.
This listing is a big studio unit named "Sol" for Sun with a King size bed, sofa, full kitchen and bathroom. Walk in shower. Nice couch for extra guest if needed, send email.

All appliances and furniture are brand new. Private entrances, staff onsite keep property clean and are there to make sure your stay is the best. Lots to do in the area. Get a real feel for Mexico and it's hospitality.

Maid service once a week included in price. Additional maid service can be arranged. Meals can be prepared as well at an additional cost.

Property has nice open garden with hammocks to lay in after a long day at the beach. The top unit (Delfín) has a private roof top deck to relax and watch the sunset. Every unit is equipped with wifi, cable tv, a/c, stove and oven, along with all the other benefits of a home.

Shared laundry machines and common areas. Staff will do laundry for a tip.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because of its location. Local Mexican charm, out of the hustle and bustle a short 5-8 minute walk from the beach or downtown. This property has all the nice comforts of home. We liked the more spacious living areas (usually hard to find in a property down here) nice size bathrooms. Big beautiful backyard garden with Mango, Papaya, guava, coconut, and lime trees. Fruit is for everyone, not to forget our pineapples as well.

What makes this property unique

Come home from a day at the beach or adventure, shower off in the outside shower, lay in a hammock, BBQ (gas grill) the fresh fish and shrimp you picked up from the fisherman at the local market have dinner on the garden patio table.
