About this property
Log Cabin Near Trails, Fully Fenced, Central to Grand Canyon Sedona Williams
Basecamp Cabin is a Flagstaff retreat made for gathering. The downstairs living room centers on a wood-burning fireplace and space to settle in with family or friends. From here the house flows into the kitchen with its coffee bar and dining table for six. A back porch extends the space outdoors with an outdoor wok station, grill, and dining area. A gas fire pit with rocking chairs completes the porch. Stairs lead down to the fenced backyard.
The yard is a highlight with rocking chairs circling the real wood fire pit, a hammock, and games like horseshoes and cornhole. It’s easy to linger outdoors, soaking in the pine breeze under the mountain sky.
Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a tiled shower. One bedroom has a queen bed, a cozy seating area, and a gas stove for warmth. The other offers two queen beds, one tucked into a nook, along with a desk and ergonomic chair for work or study.
Basecamp welcomes up to six guests and two dogs. Bowls, beds, and treats are provided, and the fenced yard makes it simple to relax with pets. Wi-Fi is fast enough for streaming or remote work, and a Level 1 EV charger is included for travelers on the road. Two full bathrooms and laundry add comfort after exploring the nearby trails or enjoying the slopes.
Like most Flagstaff homes, Basecamp does not have air conditioning. Ceiling fans and shaded windows help keep the mountain air comfortable in summer. In cooler months, the wood-burning fireplace warms the downstairs, with heat rising naturally to the second floor. A gas stove in one bedroom and space heaters in the other add extra warmth when needed. The floors do creak, part of the cabin’s character, but in return you receive a place to pause, recharge, and step back out into the wild.
