Péssima experiência

Já aluguei diversos apartamentos pela VRBO e já tive muitas experiências em temporadas mas essa foi de longe a pior. A sensação que tivemos foi de puro descaso com quem aluga, como se o apartamento estivesse abandonado. A começar pela falta de utensílios basicos de cozinha, a única faca de corte estava completamente enferrujada. Quando chegamos o tanque estava cheio de resto de comida e óleo, um nojo. Muito incômodo com o barulho da doca do supermercado, mesmo durante a madrugada. Nenhuma torneira funciona direito, todas fazendo muito barulho e pingando. Móveis muito velhos, guarda roupas caindo aos pedaços. Um dia antes da nossa hospedagem me informam que o wifi nao estava funcionando, que a culpa era da operadora que nao foi fazer a manutenção e reagendou a visita. Quando indaguei sobre a forma que poderiamos resolver esse imprevisto, o proprietário respondeu que o wifi nao fazia parte da locação, que era cortesia: SURREAL! Precisei comprar pacotes extras de internet, tive um gasto nao programado e ele nao se dispôs a amenizar em nada o problema, que era deles e nao meu! E ainda por cima queria que eu ficasse no imóvel durante uma tarde pra esperar o técnico da operadora ir lá fazer a manutenção. Ou seja, nao poderia fazer nada pra me ajudar e ainda queria contar com a minha ajuda pra, repito, resolver um problema dele e nao meu!!! Em resumo, a experiencia foi pessima, nunca mais alugo e se souber de alguem conhecido que tenha interesse eu tiro de cabeça.

Apto muito limpo, arejado e de frente para praia do Morro. Ótimo opção pra quem for com bebê, como no meu caso, pois fica próximo de tudo, supermercado, farmácia, lotérica e banco 24horas e ainda com elevador que nos ajudou muito. Recomendo e voltarei mais vezes!!!

O apartamento está localizada bem próximo de tudo. Mas no quesito conforto deixou a deseja Falta um ventilador na sala porque ela e muito quente. O barulho dois caminhões e a noite toda para dormi só com uma bucha no ouvido. Porque ele está bem encima da carga e descarga do mercado. E volta uma.assinatura de uma TV.

Fiquei poucos dias,mas valeu muito,pois, não precisei tirar o carro da garagem pra nada,próprio prédio tem um shopping com supermercado,farmácia 'bancos 'etc O apartamento tem tudo o que se precisa é os donos são super caprichosos .
