The Space:
The master bedroom upstairs has a large deck perfect for viewing sunrise over the bay. The second bedroom boasts a similarly stunning view. The third bedroom is downstairs off the living room. There is an additional full bath on the main floor.

The living and kitchen areas open to the front porch which spans the full width of the house featuring bay views and cooling breezes on a daily basis. Comfortable porch furniture makes this a great place for lounging. From this porch, you can watch the sunrise over the bay with your morning coffee…you can enjoy playful porpoises and lazy manatees swimming near the dock. Shore birds and pelicans offer a daily show. And of course, the dock is perfect for fishing or netting shrimp.

This home also offers free wi-fi.... for staying in touch with the office if you must.

Downstairs, a large decked area offers a spot for outdoor dining. Its also perfect for the kids to play, storing beach gear and sand toys or just relaxing in the breezes wafting in from the bay. The private dock is directly below the home so you can have quick and easy access for fishing or touring the many small islands in the Intracoastal Waterway. The private sandy beaches of Little Gasparilla are just a short stroll to the west.
