About this property

Fisherman’s Paradise

This house is set up for a fisherman’s delight. It is located just 5 minutes from Kenwood Boat Ramp/Rodman Reservoir and 20 minutes from Big Orange and Lake George. It is equipped with 3 charging banks and parking for up to 5 boats. Inside is a full kitchen, comfortable living room and 2 spacious bedrooms. There is also a screened porch with beautiful views. Outside charcoal grill and seating is available as well as fire pit for roasting s'mores.

The space
This place is a unique find for fishermen who are looking to explore the many local lakes in the area. With the lot on over 2 acres it is designed with boat parking in mind with a full circle drive and 3 boat parking spaces.
Other things to note
This location is central to many of Florida’s attractions. With lakes all surrounding it fisherman can fish a new lake everyday. If a break from fishing is needed St. Augustine is only 45 minutes away and Orlando is less than 2 hours for a day at Disney.

It was clean and welcoming but be advised there is no water there. That wasn’t why we were there. I appreciated the little touches like snacks and coffee pods. The house is secure but it is Putnam County FL so it was a mixed neighborhood. Thank you Kimberley, it was the base we needed.
