1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom. Easily sleeps 4. Plush queen bed, offering a cozy rest. Open living area suited with a new sleeper sofa. Full kitchen, ready for cooking your Farm to Market meals. Original wood floors in living areas. And of course, we provide fresh clean linens.

Guest access
24-Hour Check-In (Anytime after 3:00 pm). Only park in front of the apartment building or on the street. Our Community washer and dryer is just one door down the hall from our apartment. We provide our guests with laundry detergent. (Only $3 per load)

Interaction with guests
Hosting is our passion & Dallas is our home. Automatic lockbox check-in & check-out process. We do our best to provide an accommodating stay for guests. We live in the area, and are available upon request.

Other things to note
Please read (in detail) the house manual and rules. To respect the privacy of our residents please only communicate with me if you need anything. Only park on the street or in one of the front spaces, in front of the building. Enjoy.

This is a first floor apartment, you may hear the upstairs neighbors and exterior noise, we offer sound machines and ear plugs upon request. If you need these items please request between 8am-5pm.

Amazing location

Great place and amazing location ! We had a little bit of trouble with the sofa sleeper but we were able to find a blow up mattress which worked great! Definitely would stay again for the location.

The place is comfortable. Our stay was on the cold side but the heater in the living room kept the whole place cozy. Host was readily available for questions and very welcoming. Very clean and stocked with basic needs. We saw lots of Dallas thanks to Lyft. Easy in and out and some in walking distance too.

Not great

I would score -5 on cleanliness if I could. When I arrived the unit had not been cleaned yet. I called and left a message and sent one through the app. The owner said she’d fix it right away but when I got back that night it still wasn’t clean. I messaged again. Ended up stripping the bed and using a sheet and pillow case I found in closet. The next day I asked again for it to be cleaned and again, it wasn’t. On the last day of our trip the cleaning lady showed up to clean. It obviously wasn’t a priority for the owner which is unfortunate because it’s a cute place and really nice neighborhood. Very disappointing stay.

Shortly after arriving, noticed there must have been dogs or cats allowed into the unit as known allergies immediately flared. Purposely looked for a property that did not allow pets, and in the description, this one did not allow pets at a time… but as has since been changed to allow pets. Had to leave shortly after and find another place. AC it’s provided by two small window units, one in the main room, one in the bedroom. These did not work very well, even in October. Attempted contact with property manager at that time with no luck, but was replied back the next day. Asked for refund but was only refunded 2 of the 4 nights booked after a nearly month and after asking VRBO to assist.

Great location

The location of this apartment is perfect, restaurants I’m walking distance but also a good distance from many places in the Dallas area. With four girls I will say the bathroom situation was a little small, but manageable for a short stay. The place was clean and the owners were nice.

The online listing stated we could ask for an air mattress if needed. When we asked the manager responded that they did not have an air mattress, so one of us had to sleep in a pile of pillows on the floor, but ended up sleeping better than the person on the pull out couch because it was so hard. Also, the sink has better water pressure than the shower head, and the tub doesn't drain well so when you're done with the shower you're standing in a full bath. The living room swing is fun though 10/10
