Secluded cabin located on the Missouri River across from downtown Omaha & Eppley Airfield. <15 Minutes to the Old Market, CHI Center, TD Ameritrade Park (College World Series), Henry Doorly Zoo. 3 main floor bedrooms & loft suite. Sleeps 10+ (1 King, 2 Queens, Trundle Bed, Sofa Hide-a-bed) 20+ft ceilings w/ wood fireplace, 65" Smart TV. Large wrap around deck overlooking the river, Firepit, Plenty of Parking (no garage access). Great for Staycations, Small Gatherings or R&R!

The space
The views from this home are amazing. Abundant wildlife (Deer, Turkeys, Eagles) flying and walking by. This is truly a one-of-a-kind property.

This River front home has 3 bedrooms & a Loft. You will have a large staircase to access home.

Main Level:
- Living Room has 20+ ft Ceilings w wood fireplace (wood provided), 65" Smart TV, Sofa sleeper.

Loft:
- Queen bed w 1/2 bath

Outside:
- Private Drive with gate. Lots of outdoor parking (plenty of room for events, campers, trailers, etc.)
- Firepit (wood & smore sticks provided)
- Large wrap-around deck with grill & 2 patio tables (seats 10)
- Outdoor Games (horseshoes, volleyball & net, cornhole bag toss)

- There is a public boat ramp a few miles down the road at Narrows River Park. The park also has a Playground, Picnic area, Archery range and hiking.
Guest access
Guests can access all parts of the house except the garage & basement, both areas are locked.
Other things to note
- Home is on well water. The water quality is not great. The water is high in minerals and has discoloration. We do not recommend drinking it. Bring bottled water to drink!
- This is a secluded cabin home on the river, expect to see bugs. It comes w the territory
